Agentic Employee Installation

An agent that works inside your stack — not a sandbox.

We scope one constrained workflow, build the agent on your real tools and data, install it to production with monitoring, and hand it off to your team. Fixed scope, shaped around the opportunity.

Scoped installhalf day or full day
Who it's for

Built for teams in this exact spot.

Ops teams losing time to a known workflow

Lead routing, CRM hygiene, follow-up emails, status chasing, reporting rollups — the same chore, every day, for someone senior.

Founders who want one agent shipped

You've read enough thought-leadership. You want a single, useful agent live in production this month, owned by your team.

Internal tool teams that need a senior partner

You can build, but you'd rather skip the first three architectural mistakes that everyone makes the first time.

Who it's not for

Save your time — and ours.

  • Pre-product teams without a real, observed workflow to automate yet.
  • Buyers who need a fully autonomous agent with no human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • Workflows where the source system has no API, no export, and no plan to change.
  • Engagements that need a 30-page SOW before a 30-minute scoping call.
What you get

No deck. Real artifacts.

  • A one-page workflow scope and a single success metric you'll measure against.
  • An agent built on your real tools — Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Linear, internal APIs.
  • Production deployment with logging, evals, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • Monitoring and alerting wired into your existing observability stack.
  • Recorded walkthrough, runbook, and handoff documentation owned by your team.
  • Two weeks of post-handoff support to harden anything that surfaces in real usage.
Deliverables

The named artifacts you walk away with.

Implementation spec

One page: trigger, inputs, tools called, decision points, outputs, owners, and the explicit failure mode we will not tolerate.

Risk register

Named risks with severity and mitigation: hallucination surface, data sensitivity, auth scope, rate limits, and rollback path.

Eval set

A working evaluation harness with real examples from your data, so regressions are caught before they reach production.

Monitoring checklist

What to watch in week 1, 4, and 12 — error rates, intervention rate, latency, cost per run, and the metric the agent was built to move.

Handoff runbook

Step-by-step ops doc: how to pause the agent, rotate credentials, change a prompt, ship a fix, and escalate.

Success metric report

Baseline vs. post-install measurement on the one metric we agreed to at scope. Written, not a screenshot.

Process

How the engagement actually runs.

  1. 01
    Scope (week 1)

One working session produces the implementation spec, success metric, and a written do-not-build list of workflows we're explicitly leaving for later.

  2. 02
    Build (weeks 1–3)

Working software each week inside your environment. Weekly check-ins with the spec on screen. Scope creep is named on the call, not absorbed silently.

  3. 03
    Install (week 3–4)

Deploy to production with monitoring, guardrails, access controls, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. We watch the first week of real traffic and harden anything brittle.

  4. 04
    Handoff

Runbook, recorded walkthroughs, eval set, monitoring checklist, and an escalation path. Your team owns the agent end-to-end. Ongoing support is available whenever you need it.

Questions

Answers before you ask.

Ready to move?

One business day to reply. One scoping call to know if it's a fit.
