Most installs are scoped, built, and in production within 2–4 weeks. Anything longer is a different engagement and we'll say so upfront.

Yes. We install inside Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Linear, Jira, Zendesk, Intercom, Snowflake, Postgres, Airtable, Google Workspace, and most modern SaaS APIs — plus n8n, Make, Zapier, and custom MCP servers as glue. If your stack is unusual, the scoping call is the right time to check.

GA ($297) gets you the guided OpenClaw install, working room, food and drinks, and you ship your first agent that evening. VIP ($497) adds priority setup with a dedicated operator, reserved seating, and a 30-min 1:1 with a Kaizen partner after the event.

How do you price consulting?

$500/hour, billed in 1-hour increments. Most strategy questions resolve in one to three hours. We send a written follow-up with next actions after every session.

How do you handle security and data access?

Least-privilege credentials, scoped per workflow, with secrets stored in your own vault. Agents read only the systems they need and write only through reviewed actions. Every decision is logged and auditable for at least 90 days. We support SSO, allow-listed domains, and IP/region constraints when your infra requires them.

Will my data be used to train models?

No. We don't train on client data, and we install agents on providers and configurations that respect the same policy. Data residency and retention are part of every scoping call.
